Transformational ADHD coaching for children, teens, & adults in Canada

With over four decades of lived experience with ADHD—alongside more than 23 years of professional work in elementary and secondary schools, residential treatment settings, and hospital environments—I bring both personal insight and clinical understanding to my practice. As a parent of a child diagnosed with ADHD (Inattentive Type), I have spent the past 15 years navigating the realities that families face every day. This dual perspective allows me to connect deeply with children, teens, adults, and caregivers, offering support that is grounded in both empathy and real-world experience.
One of the most common challenges families encounter is what many describe as the “end-of-day crash.” Children often spend their school day holding it together—masking, coping, and managing in environments that may not fully meet their needs. When they return home, their safe space, the release is immediate and intense. At the same time, caregivers are often running on empty themselves, expected to respond with patience and calm despite depleted energy. This dynamic isn’t a failure of parenting or effort—it’s a reflection of how much is being carried by everyone involved. Simply put, you cannot give what you do not have.
My approach is rooted in this understanding. I offer tailored ADHD and mindfulness-based coaching designed to support children, teens, and adults in building sustainable skills for focus, organization, and emotional regulation. Together, we develop practical strategies that work in everyday life—helping clients move beyond survival mode and toward a more balanced, empowered way of living.

With over 23 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults, I bring a deep, practical understanding of how ADHD shows up in everyday life. My background as a Child and Youth Worker (CYW), combined with extensive work in educational settings, allows me to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application—helping clients move from feeling stuck to building sustainable strategies that actually work.
As an ADHD and Mindfulness Coach, I focus on strengthening executive functioning skills like organization, focus, and follow-through, while also supporting emotional regulation and self-awareness. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in lived experience—meeting each person where they are and helping them build systems, habits, and mindsets that support meaningful, lasting change. Whether working with students, families, or entrepreneurs, I aim to create supportive spaces where growth feels achievable and progress feels real.

Over the course of my 23+ years working with children and youth, I’ve seen a steady shift in education—fewer supports, larger gaps, and more students expected to succeed without the tools they truly need. Too often, individuals with ADHD are misunderstood, mislabeled, or left to navigate systems that weren’t designed with them in mind. That’s where my work begins.
I believe ADHD is not a deficit—it’s a different way of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world. When understood and supported effectively, it can be a powerful strength. Creativity, intuition, energy, and the ability to think outside the box are all qualities that deserve to be recognized and developed, not suppressed.
My role is to help students, individuals, and families make sense of ADHD in a practical, empowering way. I focus on building awareness, strengthening executive functioning skills, and developing strategies that align with how each person naturally works. At the same time, I create space for self-acceptance, emotional growth, and confidence.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in meeting people where they are, working collaboratively, and helping them build systems and mindsets that lead to meaningful, lasting change. Every individual has the capacity to grow, succeed, and reach their fullest potential—with the right understanding and support.
